Terms & Conditions Ayubet — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ayubet ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the ayubet platform, you automatically agree to comply with all provisions set out in these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the ayubet services. Continued use following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the platform ayubet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from Malaysia or any jurisdiction where online betting activities are permitted.
• Never been identified as an individual prohibited from using gambling platforms for legal or regulatory reasons.
• Not suffering from a gambling addiction that has led you to be voluntarily excluded or excluded at the request of a family member.
• Register under your own name — registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the ayubet platform at any one time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of funds.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential.
• Ensuring that all registered information is accurate, up to date, and truthful.
• Notify ayubet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party.

Ayubet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (NRIC, passport) at any time to verify a member's identity, particularly before processing large withdrawals.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Deposits: All deposits into your ayubet account must be made using an accepted payment method — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. No fees are charged by ayubet for deposits.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Processing times vary based on your VIP tier — up to 24 hours for Bronze members and instant for Diamond members. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, as an anti-money laundering security measure.

• Ayubet reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending identity verification if there are signs of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted — funds may only be transferred to an account or e-wallet registered in the verified player's name.
• Any attempt to launder money or carry out fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Ayubet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by ayubet — including welcome bonuses, cashback, reload, and VIP rewards — are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each offer.

General terms that apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the specified time frame — expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Different game types may contribute at varying rates towards meeting the wagering requirement (for example, slots may contribute 100%, while baccarat may contribute at a lower rate).
• Ayubet reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if abuse is established, such as using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.

For the VIP Rewards programme, tier status is determined by points accumulated within the monthly period. Ayubet reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with prior notice to members through official communication channels.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets accepted and confirmed by the ayubet system are final. Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in rare technical circumstances that result in a clear unfair outcome.

• Sports Betting: The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds used to calculate winnings. Match cancellations by the organizer will result in the bet being refunded.
• Live Casino: Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or by live dealers from accredited studios. All results displayed are final.
• Slots & Jackpots: All spins are governed by a certified RNG. Jackpot values displayed are estimates and may change until a win is confirmed.
• E-Sports: Bets placed on postponed or cancelled matches will be fully refunded. Live bets that were processed before the cancellation cannot be reversed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform ayubet:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account.
• Using another person's information to register an account or carry out transactions.
• Using any automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, odds display errors, or technical vulnerabilities for unauthorized gain.
• Money laundering through the platform — deposits may not be deposited and withdrawn again without meaningful wagering activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (e.g., unfair group play in poker).
• Using your account for any purpose other than legitimate personal use.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

By Member: You may close your ayubet account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance after all active transactions have been settled will be returned to you within 5 business days.

By Ayubet: ayubet reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms.
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate registration information.
• Suspicious activity or signs of money laundering.
• Self-exclusion requests made on responsible gaming grounds.
• Orders or directives issued by the relevant authorities.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Transaction processing delays caused by third-party payment providers such as banks or e-wallet operators.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party due to your failure to keep your password secure.

In all cases, ayubet's maximum total liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.
